Brilliant internal Customer Service!
This workshop is one of a number of variations on the ‘Brilliant Customer Service!’ theme. It addresses the needs of those who often don’t think they have any customer dealings at all – but as Karl Albrecht reminds us, we are all either serving a customer ourselves or supporting someone who is, so we all need to be delivering brilliant customer service.
This programme is therefore structured in much the same way as the core programme – the same SPECIAL model, the same choice of expert trainers, the same great value for money – except that the afternoon session is focused totally on communication skills for internal customer service. This makes it suitable for staff from any part of the business, eg, finance, IT, order processing, fulfilment, procurement, HR, etc (although if you’re looking for training solely for an IT/helpdesk team, please click here for another programme we’ve designed just for them).
The course can be tailored to include any specialist topics such as advanced telephone skills, dealing with complaints, internal planning, etc, according to organisational need or the skill level of the participants.
